Questions

The things people usually ask first.

If your question isn't here, ask it directly. We'd rather answer honestly than have you wondering.

Can you work with furniture I already own?

Yes, and it's one of our favourite ways to design. Most rooms already contain something worth building around, whether it's an inherited chest of drawers or a sofa that's still perfectly good. We'll tell you honestly what's working, what could be reupholstered or moved, and what's better replaced.

Do I need a large budget?

No. Budgets vary enormously and good design isn't reserved for the biggest ones. What matters more is knowing where to spend and where not to. We'll always tell you which pieces are worth investing in and which can be found affordably.

What if I don't know what style I like?

You don't need to arrive with a style in mind. Part of our job is helping you work out what feels right for your home and the way you live. Together we'll land somewhere timeless, personal and unmistakably yours.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. Many of our services can be delivered remotely anywhere in the UK, with everything shared digitally. In-person work is based in East London and the surrounding areas.

How long does a project take?

Every home is different. A consultation can be arranged within a couple of weeks; a full room design typically runs over several weeks. You'll always have a clear timeline before work begins and regular updates throughout.

Do you only work on complete renovations?

Not at all. Whether you need reassurance choosing paint colours, help furnishing one room or a full redesign, there's a service that fits. Plenty of clients start with a single room.

Do you source furniture and accessories?

Yes. We recommend pieces that suit your home, lifestyle and budget, balancing a few investment items with affordable finds. If you'd like us to manage ordering and supplier communication, that can be added as an optional service.

What happens after I enquire?

We'll arrange an initial conversation to learn about your home, your goals and how you live. From there we recommend the service that fits best and send a tailored quotation. No pressure, no hard sell.

Can I add another room later?

Of course. We can extend the design to other spaces whenever you're ready, and many clients do exactly that, one room at a time.

How do payments work?

A 50% deposit secures your project, with the balance due before your final design presentation. Additional services and procurement are invoiced separately where they apply.

Ready when you are

Your home doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to feel like yours.

Tell us about the room that isn't working. We'll tell you honestly what we'd do, what it's likely to cost and whether you need us at all.
